On July 30 at 7:54 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of CVS at 101 Plaza Centre on a report of suspicious activity in the area. During the investigation, a 16-year-old male of Secaucus was taken into custody for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was issued his summons and was released to the custody of his father.

On August 1 at 6:24 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, a 38-year-old female, Magdalena Perez of Newark, NJ was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued out of Newark NJ in the amount of $100. Mrs. Perez posted bail, was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.

On August 2 at 10:24 a.m., Secaucus police responded to Walmart on a report of fraudulent activity. During the investigation a 24-year-old male, Dantavius Morgan of the Bronx, NY was taken into custody for possession of counterfeit currency [2C:21-1(3)]. Mr. Morgan was issued his summons and was released from custody pending a future court appearance.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
