SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police and unedited by Patch, all the arrests in town last week:
On June 10 at 1:16 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Essex County jail to take custody of a 26-year-old male, Terrence Bishop of Brooklyn, NY for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200. Mr. Bishop was unable to post bail for the warrant issued out of Secaucus and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On June 13 at 4:11 p.m., Secaucus police responded to 75 County Avenue on a report of an individual trespassing on the property. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Andy Jean of Brooklyn, NY for criminal trespass [2C:18-3A]. Mr. Jean was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On June 14 at 8:29 p.m., Secaucus police observed a male sleeping inside a vehicle parked in the municipal parking lot located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. During the investigation, the police arrested a 50-year-old male, John Kowalewski of Secaucus for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50] and Reckless Driving [39:4-96]. Mr. Kowalewski was further charged with Possession/Use of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be buprenorphine hydrochloride (a pharmaceutical opiate pain reliever) [2C:35-10.5B], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], Possession of CDS believed to be Buprenorphine Hydrochloride [2C:35-10A(1)] and Being under the Influence of a CDS believed to be Buprenorphine Hydrochloride [2C:35-10B]. Kowalweski was issued his complaint summons along with his motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On June 14 at 9:28 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Kohl’s located at 3 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old female, Ardalys Duharte of Newark, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Bloomfield, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Bloomfield Municipal Court did release Ms. Duharte on her own recognizance and she was subsequently released from police custody.

On June 16 at 3:08 p.m., Secaucus police observed a male operating a motorcycle without a helmet in the area of Harmon Meadow Boulevard and Park Plaza Drive. During the motor vehicle stop, the police arrested a 19-year-old male, Mohammed Ahmed of Bronx, NY for two outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500, one outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $750 and one outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Ahmed was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.
