Secaucus Police Blotter, June 15 - June 21
A bike was stolen from Front Street, a man was found with crystal meth in a car stop and more charges from the Secaucus police last week.
SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police and unedited by Patch:
On June 15 at 10:27 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Weehawken Police Department to take into custody a 28-year-old male, Alexander Orsher of Wilton, CT for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. Mr. Orsher was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On June 16 at 1:52 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Deonte Borders of Bayonne, NJ for Possession with intent to Distribute a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Oxycodone [2C:35-10.5A(3)]. Mr. Borders was also found to have one outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Borders was issued his complaint warrant along with six motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 16 at 11:02 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to CURA located at 595 County Avenue on a report of a female on the property making threats. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old female, Aretha Fowler of Paterson, NJ for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officer’s from the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Ms. Fowler for transport to their authority.
On June 17 at 3:13 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested an 18-year-old male, Charles Jones of Jersey City, NJ for Aggravated Assault against a Police Officer [2C:12-1B(5 (A)], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)] and Hindering Apprehension by providing false information [2C:29-3B(4)]. The police also arrested an 18-year-old female, Yakneeka Davis of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. Ms. Davis was also charged with Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Ms. Davis was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Jones was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 17 at 2:05 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Lorenzo’s located at 56 County Avenue on a report of a male inside the establishment making threats to the employees. During the investigation, the police arrested a 51-year-old male, Terrence Noble of Secaucus, NJ for Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3B], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)]. Mr. Noble was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On June 17 at 9:19 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Sam’s Club parking lot located at 300 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a suspicious vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Gayratjon Saydullaev of Queens, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Saydullaev was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On June 18 at 12:33 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old male, Eric Rodriguez of Union City, NJ for two outstanding warrants issued out of Fort Lee, NJ in the amount of $1,000. The Fort Lee Police Department released Mr. Rodriguez on his own recognizance. Mr. Rodriguez was issued three motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On June 19 at 7:32 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old male, Thomas Quinones of Clifton, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35 10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Quinones was issued his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On June 20 at 12:25 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Alvin Durham of Elizabeth, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $150. The Elizabeth Police Department released Mr. Durham on his own recognizance and he was released from police custody.
On June 20 at 6:06 p.m., the police observed a man damaging a motor vehicle in the parking lot of Sam’ s Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 55-year-old male, Esli Hernandez of Jersey City, NJ for Criminal Mischief [2C:17-3a(1)]. Mr. Hernandez was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On June 20 at 6:49 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19-year-old male, Victor Delima of Union, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35 10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 22-year-old male, Rodrigo Ferreira of Newark, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Rodrigo was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Delima was served his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On June 21 at 3:41 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the 300 block of Front Street on a report of a stolen bicycle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile male of Newark, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A]. The juvenile male was issued a juvenile complaint and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
