Secaucus Police Blotter, June 22 - June 28
Last Wednesday, Secaucus Police arrested a Weehawken man and charged him with stealing from the LA Fitness locker rooms on Jan. 13.

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On June 24 at 9:43 a.m., officers from the East Rutherford Police Department responded to Secaucus Police headquarters and transferred custody of a 26-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.
On June 24 at 12:07 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old woman of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elmwood Park, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail for the warrant, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On June 24 at 4:42 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to a theft from a locker that occurred at LA Fitness on Jan. 13 of this year, the police arrested a 47-year-old man, Jason Burkett-
Keplinger of Weehawken, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Theft [2C:20-3A], Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)] and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H]. Burkett-Keplinger was taken into custody at Secaucus Police headquarters. He was issued a copy of his warrant and transferred to the Hudson County Jail.
On June 24 at 9:41 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 27-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10 percent option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10 percent option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10 percent option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10 percent option. He was unable to post bail for any of the warrants and was taken to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 25 at 2:03 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old woman of Hillside, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Orange, NJ in the amount of $750 with a 10 percent option. She was able to post bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.
On June 25 at 8:04 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 57-year-old man, Levi Huggins of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Unlawful Possession of a Credit Card [2C:21-6C(1)]. Huggins was issued his complaint warrant and taken to the Hudson County Jail.
On June 26 at 2:03 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation that occurred on 06/25/2026 on Hudson Avenue, the police responded to the 700 block of Hudson Avenue and took into custody a 66-year-old man of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.
On June 26 at 5:28 p.m., Secaucus Police obtained information that an individual staying at a hotel in town had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Police arrested a 32-year-old woman of Hollis, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Branchburg, NJ in the amount of $550. She was able to post bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.
On June 27 at 8:02 p.m., officers from the Clifton Police Department responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 30-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10 percent option. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
On June 28 at 1:00 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 38-year-old woman of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairfield, NJ in the amount of $550. Fairfield PD released her on her own recognizance pending a future court date. She was issued six motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On June 28 at 6:10 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Asbury Park Police Department to take into custody a 61-year-old man of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10 percent option. He was able to post bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.
On June 28 at 5:25 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Delran, NJ in the amount of $1,250. He was able to post bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.
On June 28 at 7:45 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old man, Abdallah Alharayzeh of North Bergen, NJ for Exhibiting a False Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. He was issued a summons to appear in court and was released from police custody.
