SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by the Secaucus police, and unedited by Patch, all the arrests last week in town:
On June 27 at 9:32 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, a 44-year-old male, Alejo Burgos of Trenton was arrested for possessing over forty bags of suspected heroin and two outstanding warrants totaling $1,233 from Camden and Pennsauken. He was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Heroin. Burgos was transported to Hudson County Jail.
On June 27 at 9:28 p.m., Secaucus police responded on a report of a possible stolen Honda Accord out Union City in the area off 200 Mill Creek Drive. Two juveniles males from North Bergen were arrested after being found in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. The 17-year-old male was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Unlawful Taking of Means of Conveyance. The 16-year-old male was charged with Unlawful Taking of Means of Conveyance. Each was released to the custody of their parents.

On June 30 at 1:07 a.m., Guttenberg Police Department transported a 26-year-old female, Jennifer Larios of Guttenberg for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $2,500. Larios was transported to Hudson County Jail.
On June 30 at 7:40 a.m., Secaucus police were dispatched to Bergen County Jail to Pick a 31-year-old male, James George Jr. of Hackensack for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,000 from Secaucus. Mr. George was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On June 30 at 11:23 a.m., while on patrol, a 33yo male, Nasir Murphy of Newark was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Alprazolam and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Murphy was taken to the Hudson County Jail.
On July 1 at 7:48 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Newark Police Department to take custody of a 30-year-old male, Omar Paterson of Jersey City for three outstanding warrants totaling $2,600 from Secaucus and Jersey City. Paterson was transported to Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
