SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by the Secaucus police and unedited by Patch, last week's incidents in town:
On June 4 at 1:32 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Bergen County Jail to pick up a 22yo female, Jennifer McDonald, from Lodi, for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,000.00 from Secaucus. Ms. McDonald was transported directly to Hudson County Jail.
On June 5 at 8:00 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 31yo male, Dashawn Parker of Paterson was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $250.00 from Paterson. Mr. Parker posted bail, was issued 3 MV summonses (Careless Driving, Driving Without a License and Driving with Suspended License) and released.

On June 5 at 4:16 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 24yo male, Emanuel Quezada from North Bergen, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $240.00 from Union City. Mr. Quezada posted bail and was released.
On June 5 at 5:53 pm, Secaucus Police were dispatched on a call of a verbal dispute. A 57yo male, Teodoro Acosta from Union was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $580.00 from Elizabeth. Mr. Acosta posted bail and was released.

On June 6 at 1:47 pm, while on patrol in the area of Plaza Center, Secaucus Police observed what appeared to be Drug deal in progress. A 48yo male, David Enders of Secaucus was arrested for Possession of a Hypodermic Needle [2C:36-6A] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. A 48yo male, Joseph Baker of Carlstadt was arrested for Possession of CDS (pills) [2C:35-10A(1)]. Both males were processed, issued summonses and released. A 31yo male, Michael Ambrosio of Secaucus was arrested for a No Bail warrant from Jersey City. Mr. Ambrosio was processed and transported to Jersey City PD. A 29yo male, Benjamin Woytas of Secaucus was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $375.00. Mr. Woytas posted bail and was released.
On June 6 at 9:20 pm Guttenberg Police Officers transported to Headquarters, a 56yo female, Sonia Ocampo from West New York, for outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Secaucus. Ms. Ocampo posted bail and was released.
On June 6 at 8:00 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Carteret PD to take custody of a 52yo male, Troy English of Queens, NY for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $100.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Troy had 2 additional warrants totaling $329.00 from Elizabeth and Allamuchy. Both Jurisdictions issued R.O.R. Mr. Troy was transported to Hudson County Jail.
On June 6 at 9:45 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart parking lot on a call of a suspicious person. A 42yo male, Joseph Dalessandro of Jersey City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1500.00 from Secaucus, as well as a No Bail warrant from Middlesex County Sheriff’s Dept. Mr. Dalessandro was transported to Hudson County Jail.
On June 7 at 11:03 am during a MV stop a 28yo male, Marlon Vergara of Bayonne was arrested for Possession of CDS [2C:35-10B], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], and 1 outstanding warrant in the amount of $100.00 from Jersey City. Mr. Vergara posted bail was issued his summons then released.
On June 8 at 2:33 pm Donald Baker, 48 of Westbury, NY was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $500.00. He also had an additional $773.00 worth of warrants from various other jurisdictions. He posted bail at the Secaucus Police Department and was released.
On June 9 Secaucus Police were dispatched to Empire Limousine company at 225 Meadowlands Parkway on a call of a carjacking. However, it turned out to be a car burglary and theft, police said. The vehicle had been stolen from their property and was found crashed into the NJ Transit fence. After a search of the area, the 41yo male, Milton Lanza of Bronx, NY was arrested for MV Theft [2C:20-3A] and Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)]. Mr. Milton was processed issued 7 MV summonses (Reckless Driving, Leaving Scene of Accident, Failure to Report Accident, Safety Belt, Driver’s License Suspended, Unlicensed Driver, Disregard of Railroad Crossing), then transported to Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
