SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests:

On March 25, 2020 at 12:39 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Warren County Jail to take into custody a 25-year-old male, Matthew Mangual of Englewood, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus with no bail. The warrant was issued by the Secaucus Police Department on Feb. 13 for the charges of Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C] and Criminal Attempt to commit Theft by Deception [2C:5-1A(1)] for an incident that occurred at Best Buy located at 925 Paterson Plank Road on Feb. 3 of this year. Mangual was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On March 27 at 6:35 p.m., Secaucus police responded to 133 Front Street on a report of a possible dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old woman, Carmen Melencianocorpora of Secaucus for two outstanding warrants out of Jersey City in the amount of $2,000 with a 10 percent option. Melencianocorpora was able to post the bail. She was also issued two town ordinance violation summonses for Operating a Massage Parlor in Sleeping Quarters [TO:160A-15] and Operating a Massage Parlor/Beauty Salon without a License [TO:160A-2]. She was released from police custody.

On March 28 at 12:10 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of Hops Lane and Allan Terrace on a report of a male who had fallen. During the investigation, the police arrested a 55-year-old male, Chris Couch of Secaucus for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Couch was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with two additional motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody into the custody of a responsible adult.
