SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On May 19 at 3:14 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a stopped motor vehicle in the area of Meadowlands Parkway and Rt. 3 East that was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Police arrested a 28-year-old male of Lyndhurst, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued a motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On May 19 at 3:41 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male of Lodi, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $750. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On May 19 at 5:57 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old female of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $981 with a 10% option along with 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $450. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ. Jersey City PD released her pending future court dates. She was issued 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On May 20 at 9:55 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male of Belleville, NJ for Exhibiting a False Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. He was issued 3 complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On May 20 at 3:48 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an incident of trespassing that occurred at the Secaucus High School on May 15, the police charged an 18-year-old woman of Secaucus, NJ with Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. Police say the 18-year-old woman is a former student at Secaucus High School and she was inside the building without permission at 3:48 p.m. on May 15. She was arrested at Secaucus Police headquarters, was issued a complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On May 20 at 12:07 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Flanagan Way on a report of an individual who was believed to have several outstanding warrants. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Hoboken Police Department released him on his own recognizance in relation to the warrant issued in the amount of $500.00. Secaucus Police took him to the Hudson County Sherriff’s Office.
On May 20 at 11:57 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 36-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ for the charge of Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. He was charged in relation to an incident of Criminal Trespass that occurred at the Kroll Heights located at 700 County Avenue on 03/16/2025. He was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Lawrence Township, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10 % option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On May 21 at 8:17 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old male of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. He was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses. Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s took custody of him for transport back to their authority.
On May 23 at 4:15 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 58-year-old male of West New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. He was issued a complaint warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On May 23 at 6:09 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Secaucus Road and County Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. Police arrested a 53-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
