Secaucus Police Blotter, May 28 - June 3

Released by the Secaucus police, and unedited by Patch, all the arrests in the past week:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by the Secaucus police, and unedited by Patch:

On May 28 at 6:31 p.m. Secaucus Police were dispatched to Elizabeth PD to take custody of an 18yo male, Keon Orr of Elizabeth for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200 from Secaucus, as well as a $250 warrant from Newark. Newark issued an R.O.R. Mr. Orr was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On May 29 at 6:30 a.m., North Bergen PD escorted a 36-year-old female, Daisy Landa from Fairview to Secaucus police headquarters for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500 from Secaucus. Ms. Landa posted bail and was released.

On May 29 at 8:49 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, a 46-year-old male, Rodney Ballon of Bayonne was arrested for a no-bail warrant from Hudson County Sheriff’s office. Mr. Ballon was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On May 31 at 11:39 a.m. a 46-year-old female, Monica Golden of Linden, was arrested for an outstanding warrant for $100 from Secaucus. Ms. Golden was processed, posted bail in full and released without incident.

On May 31 at 4:53 p.m. Secaucus police responded to Kohl’s on a report of possible fraud. A 48-year-old female, Martha Rivera of New York, NY was arrested for Possession of False Government Documents [2C:21-2.1D] (a driver's license), Use of False Government Documents [2C:21-2.1C], Theft of Credit Card [2C:21-6C(1)], Fraudulent use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6C(5)], Identity Theft [2C21-17.2A], Theft of Movable Property [2C:20-3A] and Hindering Arrest [2C:29-3(7)]. Ms. Rivera was processed and awaited transport to Hudson County Jail.

On June 2 at 9:08 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop, a 54-year-old male, William Crayne of Windermere, FL was arrested for DUI. Mr. Crayne was issued three MV summonses, [DUI, Reckless Driving, and Refusal to submit to Chemical test], then released to a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
