Released by Secaucus Police. There was a large prostitution bust last Friday in town, with multiple women arrested and charged:
SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On Nov. 15 at 12:14 p.m., the police observed an irate individual in the area of 9th Street and Front Street. The individual was acting disorderly due to the roadway being paved and it was unable to be driven on. During the incident, the individual displayed a handgun. On the same date at 3:06 p.m., the police responded to Newark Airport and arrested a 57-year-old male of Hamburg, NJ for Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4A(1)] and Unjustified Display of a Firearm [2C:58-4.4A(5)]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Nov. 15 at 7:11 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 49-year-old male, Philip Realpe of Hoboken, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Crack/Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Mr. Realpe was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Nov. 15 at 9:14 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to 752 County Avenue on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old female of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750. She was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Union City Police Department.
On Nov. 16 at 3:53 p.m., an individual entered Secaucus Police headquarters for the purpose of receiving a release for his motor vehicle that had been previously impounded. During the interaction, the individual displayed a fraudulent insurance card to the police. The police arrested a 58-year-old male of Bayonne, NJ for Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 17 at 9:05 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office. He was issued two motor vehicle summonses and officers from the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of him for transport back to their agency.
On Nov. 17 at 2:40 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of Walmart on a report of a theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $750.00. The Paterson Police Department released him on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.
On Nov. 17 at 2:33 p.m. Secaucus Police responded to Riverside Station Boulevard on a report of a welfare check of an intoxicated person. During the investigation, the police arrested a 48-year-old male, Manmeet Brar of Riverside Station Boulevard for Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)], Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer [2C:12-1B(5)(A)] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)]. Mr. Brar was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Nov. 17, in an effort to combat vice related crimes within the town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police Department Anti-Crime Unit arrested the following individuals:
At 6:55 p.m., the police arrested a 45-year-old female, Johanny Ledesma of the Bronx, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. Ms. Ledesma was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 7:46 p.m., the police arrested a 36-year-old female, Simone Deoliveiraavila of Newark, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Ms. Deoliveiraavila was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 8:41 p.m., the police arrested a 31-year-old female, Estefanie Feliz Martinez of Paterson, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] along with a 26-year-old male, Bladimir Encarcioncruz of Paterson, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and a 18-year-old female, Nairoby Constanzamartinez of Paterson, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Ms. Martinez along with Mr. Encarcioncruz and Ms. Constanzamartinez were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. At 9:35 p.m., the police arrested a 24-year-old female, Ingrid Palomino Cerquera of Paterson, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] along with a 31-year-old male, Ivan Gaviriaflorez of Paterson, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)], Possession of CDS believed to be 2CB [2C:35- 10A(1)] and Money Laundering [2C:21-25A]. Both Ms. Cerquera and Mr. Gaviriaflorez were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. At 11:50 p.m., the police arrested a 23-year-old female, Yerelin Rodriguez Hernandez of Paterson, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. Ms. Rodriguez Hernandez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
(Secaucus Police have always decline to say at which hotels these prostitution arrests occur, citing an ongoing investigation.)
On Nov. 17 at 11:45 p.m., the Secaucus Police observed a vehicle parked in the parking deck at 350 Lighting Way that was involved in an aggravated assault incident against police on 11/15/2023. The vehicle was also reported to be stolen out of Cadillac, MI. During the investigation, the police took into custody a 15-year-old juvenile male of Cadillac, MI for Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer [2C:12-1B(1)], Eluding [2C:29-2B], Receiving Stolen Property, specifically a motor vehicle, [2C:20-10.2A], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(B)] and Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A]. The 15-year-old male was issued his juvenile complaint and Officers from the Hudson County Correctional Center responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of the juvenile for transport to the Essex County Juvenile Detention Center.
