Secaucus Police Blotter, Nov. 20-Nov. 26
Secaucus police were called to the Wal-Mart twice last week, once for an alleged shoplifter and a second time for a fight Saturday night.

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by the Secaucus police and unedited by Patch, here are all the arrests and incidents in town from Nov. 20 - Nov. 26:
On November 22 at 11:24 a.m. Secaucus police received a call of a suspicious person in the 600 block of Meadowlands Parkway. A vehicle in the parking lot had a rock thrown at the passenger window, causing it to break. Police arrived and the actor took off. The actor was later found hiding inside a warehouse bathroom. A 37 yo male, Tyrus Daily of Jersey City was arrested for Trespassing [2C:18-3A], Weapons Offense [2C:39-4D], and Criminal Mischief-Other [2C:17-3B(2)]. Mr. Daily was transported to Hudson County Jail.
On November 22 at 3:02 p.m. Secaucus police were dispatched to Essex County Jail to take custody of a 38-year-old male, Corey Lefkowitz of Newark, on two outstanding warrants totaling $2,000 from Secaucus and Linden. Mr. Lefkowitz was unable to post bail and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On November 24 at 3:43 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Wal-Mart on a call of a shoplifter that had fled the store. Police found and arrested a 32-year-old female, Sharon Garcia of Newark for Shoplifting [2C: 20-11B], Possession of Burglary Tools [2C: 5-5A]. Recovered merchandise totaling $890.27 consisted of tablets, a Play Station and phone cover. Ms. Garcia was issued a summons and released.
On November 25 at 11:11 a.m. Secaucus police responded to Sam’s Club on a call of Shoplifting. Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Angel Perez of Union City for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B], Hindering Arrest [2C:29-3b(4)] and Possession of Drugs [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Perez had three outstanding warrants in the amount of $990.00 from Cliffside Park. Mr. Perez was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On November 25 at 6:15 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Wal-Mart on a call of a fight. Upon arrival, police questioned the parties involved. During the investigation, it was found one of the females had three outstanding warrants totaling $1,500 from Wall Township and Elizabeth. A 27-year-old female, Mariah Jacoby of Hoboken was arrested. Both jurisdictions issued a R.O.R., and Ms. Jacoby was released.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
