SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all the arrests for that time period:

On Nov. 25 at 3:30 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Hoboken police department to take custody of a 35-year-old male of Jersey City for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $100. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail. Unknown what warrant was for.

On Nov. 26 at 5:04 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 36-year-old male of West New York for one outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken in the amount of $124. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 26 at 9:08 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Union Police Department to take into custody a 47-year-old male of Parsippany for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $1,000 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Morris Plains, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Nov. 22 at 3:08 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Kroll Heights located at 600 County Avenue on a report of a theft of a bicycle. On Nov. 27 at 10:15 a.m., during a follow-up investigation by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division, the police arrested a 27-year-old female, Hailey Guerrero of Norman, Oklahoma for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to Commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Guerrero was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 27 at 11:12 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of 800 Roosevelt Avenue on a report of a suspicious male. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46-year-old male, Michael Nelson of East Manhattan, NY for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of New York City with no bail and one outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $150. Nelson was additionally charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Nelson was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Nov. 28 at 3:35 p.m., the Secaucus Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle in the area of 1001 Riverside Station Boulevard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old female of Lyndhurst, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was served her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with four additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
