SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by the Secaucus police, and unedited by Patch, here are all the incidents in town and arrests from Monday, Nov. 27 through Sunday, Dec. 3:
On November 28th at 9:45 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 29yo male, Marcos Guzman of Ridgefield Park was arrested for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], and 1 outstanding warrant in the amount of $153.00 from Ridgefield. Mr. Guzman posted bail, was issued 2 MV summonses (Improper Display, Driving with Suspended License) then released.
On November 28th at 7:16 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 24yo male, Luis Guillen of Secaucus was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $160.00 from Union City. Mr. Guillen posted bail, was issued 2 MV summonses (Cell Phone, Driving Unregistered Vehicle) then released.

On November 29th at 10:33 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 29yo male Ramon Fana of Belleville was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants totaling $329.00 from Fairfield and Weehawken. Mr. Fana posted bail, was issued 2 summonses (Prohibited Parking, Driving While Suspended) then released.
On November 29th at 8:34 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Acorn Street on a call of a Motor Vehicle Accident. A 44yo male, Phillip Colson of East Berlin, PA was arrested for DUI. Mr. Colson was issued 3 MV summonses (DUI, Reckless Driving, Refusal of Breathalyzer) and released to a responsible adult.

On November 30th at 12:37 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop a 29yo male Lorenzo Maldonado of Newark was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500.00 from Newark. Mr. Maldonado posted bail and was released.
On November 30th at 7:02 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 25yo male, Dorian Lowery of Newark was arrested for 5 outstanding warrants totaling $764.00 from Newark and East Orange. A passenger, 25yo male, Marquis Fleming of Orange was also arrested for 9 outstanding warrants totaling $5,187.00 from Union, Ringwood, Newark, Bayonne, Sayreville and Bloomingdale. Warrant jurisdictions for Mr. Lowery issued R.O.R., he was issued 2 MV summonses (Improper Display, Driving with Suspended License) then released. Ringwood PD took custody of Mr. Fleming.
On November 30th at 9:00 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Clifton PD to take custody of a 27yo male, Tristan John of Newark on 2 outstanding warrants from Secaucus and Irvington in the amount of $1100.00. Mr. John could not post bail and was transported to Hudson County Jail.
On December 1st at 10:50 am during a Motor Vehicle stop a 33yo male, (passenger) Rolando Viruet of East Orange was arrested for and outstanding warrant in the amount of $250.00 from Newark. Newark PD issued an R.O.R. and Mr. Viruet was released. Vehicle driver was issued 2 MV summonses (Maintenance of Lamps, Driving with Suspended License).
On December 1st at 10:30 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to NJ State Police Barracks in Bordentown to take custody of a 28yo male, Daroon Cerdasramirez of Hamilton on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $255.00 from Secaucus and a warrant from Cranbury Township in the amount of $106.00. Mr. Cerdasramirez was unable to post bail and transported to Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
