SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On Nov. 8 at 12:11 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 31-year-old male, Malik Alston of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600. Mr. Alston was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Nov. 9 at 7:15 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Kohl’s for a report of shoplifting. Police arrested a 24-year-old male, Andres Medina-Londono of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A]. Police also arrested a 29-year-old male, Sebastian Robayo Sanchez of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Receiving Stolen Property [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Robayo Sanchez was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Nassau County Police Department with no bail. Mr. Robayo Sanchez was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Both Mr. Medina-Londono and Mr. Robayo Sanchez were issued their complaint warrants and were transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
