Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests:
On Oct. 15 at 5:15 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Hamilton police department to take into custody a 30-year-old male of Trenton, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $300. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently
transported to the Hudson County Jail. It is unknown what the warrant is for.
On Oct. 16 at 8:10 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male of Jersey City for one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City in the amount of $250. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued three motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. It is unknown what the warrant is for.

On Oct. 17 at 9:12 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19-year-old male of Jersey City for one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City in the amount of $100. The Jersey City Police Department did release him on his own recognizance pending a future court date. He was issued three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. It is unknown what the warrant is for.
On Oct. 18 at 8:57 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 28-year-old male of Jersey City for four outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City in the amount of $950. He was also found to have one additional outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City with no bail, along with one outstanding warrant issued out of Hillsdale in the amount of $1,000, one outstanding warrant issued out of Sayreville in the amount of $500 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Sparta in the amount of $300. He was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. It is unknown what those warrants are for.

On Oct. 19 at 3:16 a.m., Secaucus police responded to 700 County Avenue on a report of a noise complaint. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old male, Nathan Brown, of East Orange, NJ for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued out Essex County with no bail. Mr. Brown was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Brown was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. It is unknown what the warrant is for.
On Oct. 20 at 8:59 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Guttenberg police department to take into custody a 32-year-old male of Clifton, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, in the amount of $500 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Wood Ridge, NJ in the amount of $750. He was able to post bail for both warrants and was released from police custody. It is unknown what those warrants are for.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven
guilty.
