SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests (names are only published if subjects are charged with a crime):

On Oct. 8 at 11:55 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting incident where the actors involved were attempting to flee the area. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old female, Shamina Burton of the Bronx, NY, along with a 28-year-old female, Tiffany Rodriguez of the Bronx, NY and a 26-year-old female, Emily Pizzaro of the Bronx, NY and charged all three with Robbery [2C:15-1A(1)] and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery [2C:5-2A(1)]. Ms. Burton was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)], Aggravated Assault (on a police officer) [2C:12-1B(5) (A)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], Eluding [2C:29-2B] and Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A]. Ms. Burton was issued her complaint warrant along with one motor vehicle summons and was transported to the Hudson County Jail. Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Pizzaro were issued their complaint warrants and were transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Oct. 9 at 9:12 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Little Falls, NJ in the amount of $500 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued one motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. It is unknown what the warrant was for.

On Oct. 9 at 1:26 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Newark Penn Station to take into custody a 23-year-old male of Trenton, NJ for three outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. Secaucus Municipal Court released him on his own recognizance and he was subsequently released from police custody.

On Oct. 10 at 9:11 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 26-year-old male, Markise Dawson of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $800. Dawson was also charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)]. The Clifton Police Department did release Mr. Dawson on his own recognizance. Mr. Dawson was served his complaint summons and he was released from police custody.

On Oct. 10 at 5:23 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Newark Police Department to take custody of a 24-year-old male of North Hampton, PA for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200. He was able to post the bail for the warrant and was released from police custody. Unknown what warrant was for.

On Oct. 11 at 9:11 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of 20 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male of Belleville, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was served a motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with two additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Oct. 12 at 8:25 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Sams Club parking lot located at 300 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a male exposing himself and masturbating next to a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old male, Glenn Wilson of Irvington, NJ for Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)], a fourth-degree crime. Mr. Wilson was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
