SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police and unedited by Patch, all of last week's arrests in town:
On Oct. 8 at 2:53 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Saddle Brook Police Department to take custody of a 47 year old male, Michael Olaskowitz of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Olaskowitz was found to have 2 other outstanding warrants out of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ in the amount of $600.00 and Belleville, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Mr. Olaskowitz was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Oct. 9 at 8:49 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, a 41 year old female, Marlo Sanchez of Belleville, NJ was taken into custody for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information. Ms. Sanchez was issued her complaint summons along with five motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.

On Oct. 10 at 6:17 p.m., Secaucus oolice responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation a 58 year old male, Anthony Barker of Jersey City, NJ was taken into custody for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and an outstanding warrant issued out of Edgewater, NJ in the amount of $1000.00. Mr. Barker was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Oct. 11 at 8:46 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, a 17 year old female from Nutley, NJ was taken into custody for Theft [2C:20-3a]. The female was served a juvenile complaint summons and was released into the custody of her mother.

On Oct. 14 at 9:13 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious male in the area of 1000 New County Rd. During the investigation the police arrested a 34 year old male, Jonathan Brennan of Hillside, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Hillside, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 and Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Brennan was subsequently transported to Hillside Police Department and was left in their custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
