Police released new details on Friday's arrest at TD Bank:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On Sept. 18 at 1:49 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Royal Motel on Rt. 3 to investigate a theft that was reported to police on Sept. 17. During the investigation, police arrested a 60-year-old male, Michele Fuccilli of Hoboken, NJ along with a 32-year-old female, Jessica Reyes of Fairview, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Crack Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Reyes was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10 percent option. Fuccilli was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. Reyes was unable to post bail for the involved warrant, so she was issued her complaint summons and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Sept. 19 at 12:03 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a bicycle traveling without any lights or reflectors. Police stopped the bike in the area of Secaucus Road and Enterprise Avenue. Jeffrey Jordan, 37, of Jersey City, NJ was found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10 percent option. Jordan was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. He was issued two motor vehicle summonses and Jersey City Police responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of Mr. Jordan for transport back to their authority.

On Sept. 19 at 6:02 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Sam’s Club on a report of an individual threatening another person with a knife. During the investigation, police arrested a 41-year-old male, Jose Mendez-Figueroa of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officers from the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to take custody of Mendez-Figueroa for transport back to their authority.
On Sept. 19 at 9:01 p.m., NJ Transit police officers responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 33-year-old male, Joe Johnson of New York, NY for two outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus in the total amount of $2,000. Mr. Johnson was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 20 at 10:28 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Engers Gomezsusana of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $750. Mr. Gomezsusana was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. South Hackensack Police took custody of Mr. Gomezsusana for transport back to their authority.
On Sept. 21 at 8:23 a.m., incident to a motor vehicle stop in the area of 777 Secaucus Rd, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Kewan Eley of Irvington, NJ for producing a False Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3]. Mr. Eley was also issued several motor vehicle summonses including for Driving While Suspended [39:3-40], and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Sept. 22 at 10:10 a.m., Secaucus Police were dispatched to TD Bank located at 1262 Paterson Plank Rd. on a report of suspicious activity involving a possible Theft by Deception. After an on-scene investigation, Secaucus Police arrested 28-year-old male, John Cochrane of East Orange, NJ. Police say he was having a victim remove money that was fraudulently placed into the victim’s account. Cochrane was charged with Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)], Criminal Attempt [2C:5-1A(3)] and Conspiracy to Commit [2C:5-2A(1)] Theft by Deception [2C:20-4C], Money Laundering [2C:21-25B(2)(A)], and Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Cochrane was processed and subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
On Sept. 23 at 10:20 a.m., incident to a motor vehicle stop in the area of 35 Enterprise Ave, Secaucus Police arrested 49-year-old male Paul Snellings Sr. of Clifton, NJ, and 33-year-old male Paul Snellings Jr. of Bogota, NJ, for outstanding warrants. Snellings Sr. was able to post his own bail. He was issued several motor vehicle summonses, including one for Driving While Suspended [39:3-40], and was subsequently released from custody. The Passaic County Sheriff’s Office responded and took custody of Snellings Jr.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
