On Sept. 3 at 4:14 p.m., Secaucus police responded to 595 County Avenue on a report of a male possibly on the premises that had an outstanding NCIC warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38 year old male of Secaucus, NJ for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Intensive Supervision Program. Gannon was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 5 at 1:32 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway on an investigation of credit card fraud. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21 year old male, Justice Hooper of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of Incomplete Credit Cards [2C:21-6F] and Forgery [2C:21-1A(2)]. Mr. Hooper was also found to have an active warrant from Carlstadt with a bail of $1,000.00 and Hasbrouck Heights with a bail of $600.00. Mr. Hooper was served his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail. The police also arrested a 21 year old female, of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Middletown, NJ for $750.00. The Middletown Police Department released her on her own recognizance and she was subsequently released from police custody.

On Sept. 6 at 10:29 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, the police arrested a 27-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Wall Township in the amount of $600.00. The police also arrested a 30 year old male of Union City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $750.00. The driver was served his complaint warrant along with two motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. The passenger was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued his complaint summons and was subsequently released from police custody.

On Sept. 6 at 1:54 p.m., officers from the Secaucus Police were at Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a follow-up investigation for an unrelated incident. During this investigation, the police arrested a 21-yea-old male of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. He was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 7 at 3:31 a.m. officers from the Secaucus Police Department responded to the Belleville Police Department to take into custody a 33-year-old female of Newark, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500. She was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 7 at 8:37 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, the police arrested a 19-year-old male of Rahway, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was served his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently released from police custody.

On Sept. 7 at 9:40 p.m., Secaucus Police observed two suspicious males in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32 year old male of Madrid, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Being under the Influence of a CDS [2C:35-10B]. He was served his complaint summons and was subsequently released from police custody
