On Sept. 23 at 3:49 p.m., Secaucus police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a suspicious vehicle in the area of 150 Plaza Centre. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old female of Grafton, MA for Loitering for the Purpose of Obtaining CDS [2C:33-2.1B] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. She was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 23 at 9:41 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 29-year-old female of North Bergen, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody. Unknown what warrant was for.

On Sept. 24 at 3:00 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 41-year-old male, Robert Barker of East Orange, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100. Mr. Barker was additionally charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Crack Cocaine [2C:35-5A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Failure to Turn Over CDS to Law Enforcement [2C:35-10C]. Mr. Barker was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 24 at 3:16 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Best Buy on a report of two individuals possessing fraudulent documents. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old male, Lorenzo Linton of Brooklyn, NY and a 24 year old male, Jerry Julme of Brooklyn, NY for Possession of a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1D]. Both Mr. Linton and Mr. Julme were served their complaint summonses and were subsequently released from police custody.

On Sept. 24 at 5:56 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male, Lukasz Mysliwiec of East Rutherford, NJ, after a brief vehicular pursuit and foot pursuit for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Resisting Arrest by Flight [2C:29-2A(1)], Resisting Arrest by Eluding [2C:29-2B], Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of a Hypodermic Needle [2C:36-6A] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A]. Mr. Mysliwiec was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rutherford, NJ in the amount of $1,000, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $500 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Mysliwiec was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 25 at 5:37 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 40-year-old male of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Trenton, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. The Trenton Police Department did release him on his own recognizance and he was subsequently released from police custody. Unknown what warrant was for.

On Sept. 26 at 12:40 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 52-year-old male, Timothy Hendley of Passaic, NJ along with a 55-year-old male of Newark, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(5)]. Mr. Hendley was also charged with Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. The Newark man was also was found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Paramus, NJ in the amount of $1,000 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Hendley was additionally charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. They were both served their complaint warrants and were transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 26 at 5:55 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(5)]. Mr. Galvan-Vasquez was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 27 at 12:42 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a road rage incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year- old male of North Bergen, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was served his complaint summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with five additional motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody once his signs of intoxication had ceased.

On Sept. 27 at 3:51 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old female of Newark, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. She was also found to have two outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,001 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Bloomfield, NJ in the amount of $750. She was served her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 27 at 4:29 p.m., a 28 year old male of East Orange, NJ entered Secaucus Police Headquarters to post bail for an outstanding warrant. He was found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200 with a 10% option. He was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Bloomfield, NJ in the amount of $750. He was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ. Bloomfield Police Department released him on his own recognizance and he was subsequently released from police custody. Unknown what warrants were for.

On Sept. 29 at 9:32 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 50 year old male of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Tewksbury, NJ in the amount of $750.00, one outstanding warrant issued out of Greenbrook, NJ in the amount of $600, one outstanding warrant issued out of Tinton Falls in the amount of $500 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Bedminster, NJ in the amount of $500. The Tewksbury Police Department did release him on his own recognizance. Officers from the Greenbrook Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of the man for transport to their authority. Unknown what warrants were for.
