On Sept. 7 at 7:34 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male, Andrew Chappell of Staten Island, NY for one outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $7,500 with a 10 percent option. Chappell was released on his own recognizance. He was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Sept. 7 at 10:30 a.m., in furtherance of an investigation being conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division regarding a false report made to the Secaucus Police Department on 08/28/2020, the police arrested a 20-year-old female, Ceara Hawk of Union, NJ for False Reports to Law Enforcement [2C:28-4B(1)]. Hawk was served her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 7 at 4:10 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 470 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32-year-old male, Markquell Green of Buffalo, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Green was served his motor vehicle summonses for Driving While Intoxicated along with five additional motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody after a period of time in which the police determined that Mr. Green was no longer intoxicated.
On Sept. 7 at 5:15 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Jose Fonseca of West Milford, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Fonseca was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 8 at 6:49 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 44-year-old male, Paolino Romano of Secaucus, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $2,500. Romano was released on his own recognizance.
On Sept. 9 at 8:33 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old female, Syrina Bridgeforth of Jersey City, NJ for four outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,700. Bridgeforth was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Sept. 9 at 9:49 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking garage at 344 Lighting Way. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old male, Francesco Zubiaga of West New York, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Zubiaga was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana. Zubiaga was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Sept. 11 at 3:21 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Sam’s Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive on a report of credit card fraud. During the investigation, the police arrested a 20-year-old male, Sergei Valenzuela of Atlanta, GA for Unlawful Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(1)]. The police also arrested an 18-year-old male, Kosey Wardally of Brooklyn, NY for Unlawful Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H] and Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(1)]. Both Valenzuela and Wardally were served their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On Sept. 11 at 9:45 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male, James Milien of Lehigh Acres, FL for Unlawful Possession of a Handgun [2C:39-5B(1)], Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, specifically Hollow Point bullets [2C:39-3F], Transportation of a Firearm without being Registered or Licensed [2C:39-9D], Endangering Another Person [2C:24-7.1A] and Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Milien was issued his complaint warrant along with his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated and two other motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Sept. 12 at 5:28 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Andre Bell of East Orange, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $150. Bell was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
