Extra Mile Basketball NJ

Extra Mile Basketball NJ is an elite youth basketball training program based in Lyndhurst, NJ, serving athletes ages 7–18 across Bergen, Essex, and Hudson County. We specialize in small-group and private performance training led by Coach James, an internationally experienced basketball coach with 17 years of experience and over 2,000 athletes trained across three continents. Our program develops the complete player — ball handling, shooting, footwork, defense, basketball IQ, leadership, and mental toughness. We train athletes across three age groups: Grades 2–5 (Ages 7–10), Grades 6–8 (Ages 11–13), and Grades 9–12 (Ages 14–18). We offer flexible weekly training packages designed to accommodate different schedules and budgets — from a single drop-in session to a full monthly commitment. All skill levels are welcome, but athletes must come ready to work. Extra Mile Basketball is not for everyone. Our Summer Camp 2026 is now open for registration. Packages start at $85 for 1 day up to $375 for the full 5-day experience, with 2 hours of high-intensity performance training per session. SECAUCUS, NJ — The Shell gas station on Rt. 3 east in Secaucus sold a lottery ticket this week that won the $50,000 Double-play prize, the NJ State Lottery announced Thursday. A Double play ticket purchased there matched four of the five white balls and the Double Play ball. That ticket was purchased at Rt. 3 East Shell, 300 Route 3 East (on Flanagan Way), Secaucus. The Double Play drawing results for the Wednesday, March 1, drawing were: 07, 12, 16, 17 and 39. The Double Play Ball number was 22. Whoever purchased that winning ticket has not been identified.
