Secaucus Te-Amo Sells $150,000-Winning Lottery Ticket

Because the ticket sold at the Secaucus Te-Amo was purchased with Power Play, it multiplied the prize to $150,000.

SECAUCUS, NJ —Incredibly, the Te-Amo mini-mart in Secaucus sold a lottery ticket that won the $150,000 prize in Wednesday's drawing.

Two New Jersey Lottery tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn, winning the $50,000 third-tier prize.

Because the ticket sold at the Secaucus Te-Amo was purchased with Power Play, it multiplied the prize to $150,000.

A winner has not yet been publicly identified; the New Jersey state Lottery just announced the stores that sold the tickets Thursday morning.

Those tickets were sold at the following locations:

  • Hudson County ($150,000: Te-Amo, 1504 Patterson Plank Rd., Secaucus; and,
  • Passaic County ($50,000): Jackpocket, 355 Warwick Tpke., Hewitt.

The winning numbers for the Wednesday, August 11, drawing were: 12, 18, 20, 29, and 30. The Red Power Ball number was 16. The Multiplier number was 03.
