Hudson County View obtained the body camera video from Secaucus Police of the July 2 stop:

"The reason why I'm here is because you feel asleep. I just woke you up right now," says SPD Officer Gonzalez.

"I've had a couple drinks," says Garces.

Garces gets out of the car and tells the officer: "I do work for Union City PD."

"I never asked you that, why would you bring it up?" responds Officer Gonzalez. "What does that have to do with you being checked this like? Nothing. I guess you're looking for some kind of preference. Like I said, you're being recorded."
