Kick off Summer with a Family-Friendly Day of Exercise, Education and Entertainment
Join Venetian Care & Rehabilitation Center for Samba Fitness and Wellness Day on Wednesday, June 24, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Free and open to the public, the annual family-friendly event will be held at the South Amboy Senior Center, located at 108 S Stevens Ave in South Amboy.
Festivities include interactive activities for all ages, educational opportunities, live entertainment, and booths featuring area businesses, gyms and vendors, as well as refreshments and healthy smoothies, too. Don’t miss one of the 30-minute Samba Fitness sessions, which will be held at various times throughout the event. A dance-inspired program, Samba Fitness promotes exercise and movement for older adults – and it’s fun!
