2 South Brunswick Homes Burglarized; Homeowner Confronts Suspect
Breaking: The homeowner confronted the suspect in a Larkspur Drive break-in Saturday night. A second burglary occurred, also.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Two homes were broken into in South Brunswick Twp. this past Saturday night, and police are calling for anyone to report anything they saw that was out of the ordinary that evening.
The first home that was broken into is on Larkspur Drive and that occurred around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 10. The suspect gained entry to the home by forcing open a rear slide door, police said. In that case, the suspect was confronted by the homeowner; he ran out and drove off in a vehicle.
He is described as a black male with boots wearing a skull cap. A suspicious white sedan was seen in the area at the same time, possibly a Mercedes, police said.

The second burglary happened on Pointer Place sometime between 5 and 11 p.m. Saturday. In that incident, the suspect pushed the front door in with his shoulder and stole various items.
