200 Firefighters Continue To Battle Blaze In South Brunswick
The fire, which began Wednesday evening, has now spread inside the warehouse, authorities said.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Over 12 hours later, firefighters continue to battle the blaze on a multi-alarm commercial building fire at 2 Progress Road, authorities said.
Firefighters from numerous fire departments are currently engaged in dousing the blaze.
The fire, which began Wednesday evening, was originally seen on the roof of the building but has now spread into the warehouse, authorities said.

Firefighters have had to use heavy equipment to pull the contents of the warehouse apart in order to get to the deep-seated fire. There were 15 employees in the building at the time the fire was reported, and all made it safely out, officials said.
EMS units from around the area have also been on the scene. The Middlesex County Office of Emergency Management and South Brunswick Office of Emergency Management continue to work at the scene.

There is currently no impact on the community from the fire. The warehouse is located at the end of a dead-end street and all fire operations are off the road, authorities said.
