3 Injured As Deer Crashes South Brunswick March For Justice
Police say three people were injured and a 69-year-old woman was taken to an area hospital when a deer ran into a crowd of protesters.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Three protesters were injured, and a 69-year-old woman had to be transported to an area hospital after sustaining a head injury when a deer ran into the crowd of marchers.
As of late Friday night, the woman was in intensive care, according to police.
According to a tweet from the police department officers working the protest provided medical aid until EMS arrived.

According to a report from mycentraljersey.com, more than 1,000 people attended the march.
Assemblyman Andrew Swicker and South Brunswick Superintendent of Schools Scott Feder were in attendance, and delivered speeches prior to the march, according to mycentraljersey.

Photos posted to Twitter by community leader Azra Baig, who also delivered a speech, show marchers holding signs and raising fists in peaceful protest.
