7-Year-Old Hit By Car in South River
The boy was hit on Main Street, and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

A 7-year-old boy was struck by a car in South River on Saturday, Nov. 21. However, the child suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident happened at 10:26 a.m. on Main Street near Wilcox Avenue. The car was traveling east on Main Street when the boy came out from behind a parked car, and was hit.
The boy was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

The driver of the car was Jose Darocha, 45, of Spotswood, according to the report. The accident remains under investigation.
