SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The Town Council recently passed a resolution identifying 999 Cranbury South River Road as an area in need of redevelopment.

The council passed the resolution during the July 27 meeting. Earlier this year, the Town Council directed the Planning Board to undertake a preliminary investigation as to whether the site can be designated as an area in need of redevelopment.

In May, the Planning Board submitted its investigation report on the area, identifying the property as an “area in need of development.”
