
Free preparation of federal and state income tax returns will be provided Tuesdays and Thursdays from Feb. 6 to April 12 by volunteers from the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program at the South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Jct. A pre-approved appointment made online through the Township website is required.

All ages and income levels are welcome to attend, although special attention will be given to low- to moderate-income seniors. Volunteers are trained and certified in cooperation with the IRS and the New Jersey Department of Taxation.

At the appointment, bring Photo IDs, last year's tax return, Social Security cards or statements, health insurance information, and all year-end tax documents (W-2 and 1099 income, property tax statements, itemized medical, charitable and other deductions, etc.).
