Ace Pickleball Club Opens 26,500-Square-Foot Facility In North Brunswick

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Ace Pickleball Club has opened a 26,500-square-foot indoor facility at Brunswick Shopping Center in North Brunswick, marking the latest expansion of the rapidly growing national pickleball chain into Middlesex County.

The club, located at 512 Milltown Road, offers year-round play through an open play format that allows members to show up and play without reserving court time in advance. Flexible, all-inclusive membership options are available, along with introductory clinics for beginners. The facility will also host tournaments, social events, corporate outings and private parties.

"We want Ace Pickleball Club to be a place where people can get active, learn something new and feel part of a community from day one," said Kirk Zambrana, the club's general manager.

Levin Management Corporation, the leasing and managing agent for the 288,000-square-foot Brunswick Shopping Center, brokered the deal. The North Plainfield-based commercial real estate firm said the signing aligns with its strategy to bring experiential tenants to its retail properties.

"Ace Pickleball Club is an exciting addition to Brunswick Shopping Center and a great example of the type of experiential tenant that resonates with today's consumers," said Fred Younkin, leasing representative for Levin Management Corporation.

Brunswick Shopping Center sits just off Route 1 on Milltown Road and is anchored by Lidl. Other tenants include LA Fitness, Dollar Tree, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Sally Beauty Supply, McDonald's and Sherwin-Williams.

Ace Pickleball Club has 11 locations open nationwide and has 25 to 30 additional locations slated to open this year.
