PLAINSBORO, NJ — A West Windsor man was arrested recently after police say he was found peering into a ground-floor apartment window and exposing himself at a Plainsboro apartment complex, police said Thursday.
Around 12:34 a.m. on March 23, police responded to a report of a suspicious person near Building 30 of the Quail Ridge Apartments. A caller reported seeing a man looking into windows in the area.
On arrival, officers found a man matching the description who was actively looking into a first-floor apartment window while exposing himself, police said.
When officers confronted him, he resisted and attempted to flee, police said. After a brief struggle, officers apprehended and arrested the man, identified as Benjamin Ferrer of West Windsor.
Ferrer was charged with lewdness, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, obstructing, and general nuisance. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
