SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A long-pending application to build an auto truck repair facility on Deans Rhode Hall Road is once again on the South Brunswick Zoning Board of Adjustment's agenda, but it will not be heard when the board meets Thursday, at 7:30 p.m.

The site plan application from G & K Realty Group Inc. seeks preliminary and final approval, along with use and bulk variances, to construct a 3,200-square-foot auto truck repair facility on a 2.15-acre site at 373 Deans Rhode Hall Road, Block 21.01, Lot 39.011, in the LI-4/C zone.

The application has been continued or carried multiple times since it was first scheduled on May 1, 2025, including subsequent postponements on Aug. 7, 2025, Sept. 4, 2025, and Sept. 18, 2025. Thursday's meeting will mark another delay, with the item listed on the agenda for rescheduling only.

The board's Thursday agenda also includes resolutions on three previously heard applications from JDNJD2 Enterprises LLC, and Dream Developers.

The meeting will include a 15-minute period for citizens' unagendized statements and approval of minutes from the board's June 4, June 18 and July 16 regular meetings.
