Local franchisee, Van Le a former Corporate manager decided to attend a Sarku Japan Franchise Seminar where he was inspired by the brand’s healthier alternative to other traditional fast food.

“My family grew up eating Sarku Japan teriyaki and it is absolutely wonderful that I have an opportunity to introduce this concept to the local community members,” said Mr. Le. “Our restaurant’s mission is to combat obesity by providing customers the healthy dining experience that will take away the guilt of dining out a few times per week.”
