Womens Wrestling was admitted to the Olympics in 2004 and the sport has been a growing rapidly in the US.
Women Only Wrestling (WOW-NJ) will begin holding practices at Rider University’s Wrestling Room in the Maurer Fitness Center (building 32) http://www.rider.edu/about-rider/maps) for girls 5th through 12th grades.
Practice is from 10am to 1pm every Saturday beginning now thru the middle of July. The focus is on all aspects of freestyle wrestling with appropriate techniques and training for female wrestlers.

WOW has the privilege of having a USA Wrestling Gold Certified Coach (there are only about 50 ever) who has coached at every possible level and currently assists with the USA Women’s National and World Teams and a USA wrestling Silver Certified Coach. Every WOW coach is a minimum of USA Wrestling Bronze Certified.
