Bear Spotted In North Brunswick, Officials Advise Caution
A black bear was spotted going through trash cans in North Brunswick.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Officials in North Brunswick have advised residents to remain cautious after a black bear was spotted in the township.
The bear was spotted in the area of Aaron Road rooting through trash cans, officials said. The municipality has informed NJDEP's Department of Fish and wildlife.
Residents have been advised not to approach the bear and to secure the trash cans.
