BREAKING: Teen Driver Killed After Hitting Tree Off Central N.J. Highway
The girl died at the scene after leaving roadway, police said.

A teen was killed in a car crash in Monmouth County Thursday morning after she hit a tree, police said.
Amber Mohr, 17, was driving a Toyota Camry east on I-195 when her car went off the road, according to The Asbury Park Press.

Witnesses said she was driving in the left lane and veered toward the median before pulling back and off the road, according to the report.
One car was involved; the Hamilton girl died at the scene, according to WABC-TV.

Witnesses said the Toyota Camry was rolling over the rumble strips that alert drivers they are headed off the road before heading into the woods, according to APP.
