WATCH: Bus Driver Fired After Allegedly Texting On NJ Turnpike

The passenger said he took the video while the bus was traveling near New Brunswick.

A bus company has fired one of its drivers after one of his passengers recorded a video of the driver, who appeared to be using his smartphone while driving down the New Jersey Turnpike in Middlesex County, according to a report from NBC Philadelphia.

The bus was traveling Saturday from Philadelphia’s Chinatown neighborhood, heading toward New York, the report said.

Delvan Bradford, 25, told the television station he took the video while the bus was traveling near New Brunswick.
