SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Last week, South Brunswick saw the fewest number of new cases of coronavirus in two months, with 14 new cases.
There have been 414 positive coronavirus test results in South Brunswick. This number reflects both residents and people living in long-term care facilities in the Township, said police.
A total of 28 lives have been lost in the Township to the virus. Fifteen of those who have died have been connected to long-term care facilities in South Brunswick.

State health officials reported 2,723 patients in hospitals as of Monday night, down 66% from the peak in hospitalizations on April 14, when 8,084 patients were being treated. The state had 786 patients in critical or intensive care, with 578 on ventilators.
