Community Heart Health Fair To Be Held In South Brunswick Feb. 25

The event is free for community members and residents of surrounding neighborhoods.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – February is American Heart Health Month and the focus is on prioritizing the importance of cardiovascular health.

In a bid to promote heart health, the South Brunswick Public Library is teaming up with Medical Essential Diagnostics to host a free Community Heart Health Fair.

The fair will be held on Feb. 25, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the public library.

Attendees will receive information and tools that will help them maintain a healthy heart. There will be healthy snacks, nutrition assessment, blood glucose check, stress reduction tips and more.
