A Paterson police officer was struck by a vehicle during Sunday's Dominican Parade, and a 34-year-old woman was sexually assaulted while walking in Hightstown on Friday night.

A 34-year-old woman was physically and sexually assaulted while walking near Park Way and Rogers Avenue Friday night, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said. No suspects have been identified.

Cop Struck While Working Parade

A police officer working Sunday's Dominican Parade was struck by a vehicle and the driver was arrested, according to the state Attorney General's office. The officer was not seriously injured, NJ.com reports.

80-Year-Old Killed In Crash

An 80-year-old man died Friday after his car crossed into oncoming traffic on Route 79 and collided with a pickup truck, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said. The Manchester Township resident was driving south on Route 79 when his car crossed into the northbound lane and collided with a Ford F-350.

Truck Driver Seriously Injured In Crash

A truck driver was seriously injured Thursday morning when his vehicle crashed into trees near Montgomery Road, pinning him until firefighters freed him about 45 minutes later, News 12 reports.

Motorcyclist Killed In Crash With Car

Sierra Grey, 27, was killed Saturday night when her motorcycle collided with a car making a left turn onto Ledden Terrace, NJ.com reports. According to reports, a Subaru Outback was making a left turn from Clinton onto Ledden when Grey’s Honda motorcycle struck the driver’s side front of the Subaru, causing the crash.
