UPDATE: Route 1 At Raymond Road South Brunswick Is Now Open
Route 1 Southbound at Raymond Road will be closed for the next six hours, South Brunswick police said.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A section of Route 1 in South Brunswick has been shut down Thursday morning around 7:30 a.m. due to a crash.
The State Department of Transportation website, 511nj.com saidthe crash involved a pedestrian.
Route 1 Southbound at Raymond Road will be closed for the next six hours, South Brunswick police said.

"Other roadways in the township may be impacted by the Route 1 road closure. Plan alternate routes and leave extra time for your commute," police said.
No other information is currently available and the extent of the injury is unknown.
