Healing the Night: Methods to Improve Sleeping

What keeps you up at night?
Why can’t you find rest during the night time?  Why is the night time not the right time to
sleep?  Are there ways to deal with your
sleepless nights?  Come join us on
Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 12 noon.   The Martin and Edith Stein Assisted Living
Residence will host “Healing the Night: Methods to Improve Sleeping” with

practical techniques to help you sleep better, share the meanings encoded in
your dreams, and offer new ways that the night time might become more relaxing
for you.  This is a free
presentation and lunch will be served (Kosher Dietary Laws will be
observed).  Advanced registration is
required to attend, please call 732-568-1155 or info@wilfcampus.org. The Martin and
Edith Stein Assisted Living Residence is in Somerset, New Jersey and is on The
