Come to the library to learn Qigong (pronounced "chee-gung"), the practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation.
The six-week class will meet on Monday evenings from 7 until 8:30 p.m. starting on July 9 and will continue until Aug. 13, 2012.
The class will be taught by Sangita Patel. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring water to stay hydrated. These exercises can be done sitting on a chair for those who find it necessary.
This is offered as a fundraiser for the Friends of the South Brunswick Public Library for a fee of $60 for the six-week session.
Registration in person at the Information Desk is required; payment is due at the time of registration.
Make checks payable to The Friends of the South Brunswick Library. Participants must register for the entire six week session. No refunds will be given once the class has begun.
