Expect Heavy Traffic on Route 27 Wednesday Night: South Brunswick Police

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-- Drivers should expect significant delays on Route 27 in South Brunswick this evening, police said.

Heavy traffic is expected between Raymond Road and Promenade Boulevard. Much of it is expected to stem from the Durga Mandir Temple (4240 Rt 27, Princeton), which is holding a special worship service. Past events have drawn hundreds and have resulted in traffic back-ups.

Motorists can expect congestion between 4:3o and 8:30 PM Wednesday night. If possible, avoid the area and plan alternate routes.
