Victim ID'd, Details Revealed In Fatal 2-Car Crash On N.J. Turnpike

The victim was ID'd in a fatal two-car crash on the N.J. Turnpike that left one woman dead Friday, police said.

The victim was identified and more details were revealed in a fatal car wreck on the N.J. Turnpike Friday that left one person dead, police said.

The crash happened in the Cranbury area at 12:08 a.m., killing Nikole Otey, 33, of Gloucester, Virginia, according to the state police.

Otey was driving a Toyota Carolla northbound in the express lanes when she struck a guardrail, and then the vehicle overturned.

The car then struck a 2011 Jaguar. Otey was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
