Fire at FedEx Warehouse in Monmouth Junction

Monmouth Junction, NJ - The Monmouth Junction Fire Department responded to a fire at a FedEx warehouse Tuesday night, where crews were able to contain the fire to one truck inside the facility,

The fire alarm went off at 10:22 p.m. at 114 Melrich Road. There was heavy smoke throughout the 20,000-square-foot warehouse.

Firefighters located one box truck with its cab and engine compartment on fire.

There were no injuries and the fire is under investigation by the South Brunswick Township Fire Safety Bureau. Fire personnel were on scene till 12:30 a.m.
