It may have been caused by an oven, a police spokesman told Patch.

South Brunswick, NJ - A fire gutted this home on Standford Drive Monday afternoon, South Brunswick police said. The call of the fire first came in at 12:10 p.m. and a preliminary investigation shows it may have been caused by an oven.
There were no injuries, and firefighters had the blaze contained in 20 minutes, said Captain James Ryan. However, the fire still caused significant damage to the home, as evidenced by the photo.
Fire companies from Kendall Park, Monmouth Junction and Kingston responded.
