How to Talk to Your Kids about Drugs and Mental Health

Princeton HealthCare System and SB Police will hold an open seminar March 9 on what parents should say.

South Brunswick, NJ - Do you want to talk to your kids about drug abuse and mental health issues, but you’re just not quite sure what to say? Or how you should even start the conversation?

Next Wednesday March 9, Princeton HealthCare System and the South Brunswick Police will hold a “Mental Health & Substance Abuse” seminar from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the South Brunswick Municipal Building (540 Ridge Road - Main Meeting Room). The seminar will focus on helping parents talk to their children about the dangers of substance abuse and the mental health challenges children may encounter through their teen years.
